Demo / removal of existing stucco down to plywood

Clean up site and haul away all debris

Replacement of sheathing where necessary

Drip cap over all windows and doors.

6” Ice Shield over 2 sides and top of window

2 layers of Grade D Jumbo Tex paper

Stop bead against all dissimilar surfaces

Install weep screed at foundation

Install 2.5 gauge galvanized self furring wire lathe

Install 1 scratch coat 3/8” thick

Install 1 brown coat 3/8” thick

Install detail/quoins as per previously installed

Install stucco Finish Coat- either synthetic or cement based

Caulk all joints where stucco abuts to dissimilar surfaces
